Dream Incorporation

Dream incorporation refers to incidents where outside stimuli are incorporated into the fabric of a dream and/or influence the events being dreamed about. Everyone has had experiences like dreaming about a ringing phone only to wake up to find the phone actually ringing, or waking up from a dream about being in a snowy place only to find that their feet aren't under the covers and are very cold.
