Rape is when one person has sex with another against their will, often with the threat of harm. Often times rape occurs with a minor, or with someone unable to give their consent voluntarily due to mental illness, mental disability, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception. Rape happens When one party wants to exert control over another to perform sexual activities. There are several types of rape, and they may be distinguished according to who is doing the assault and who is the victim. Diminished capacity rape Incest, Group Rape, Prison Rape, Date Rape, Marital Rape, Statutory Rape, and Group Rape.
