Psychobiological Research

Using a psychobiological approach means to treat a mental or physical illness through a combination of approaches using both medication and psychotherapy. This approach can be used to treat various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia to name a few. For instance, common treatment plans for depression are keeping a regular sleep schedule, exercising regularly, eating properly, talk therapy, and sometimes using antidepressants.
