Photosensitive Epilepsy

Photosensitive epilepsy is a type of epilepsy that is triggered by flashing lights such as strobe lights. This type of epilepsy can also be triggered by alternating light and shadow (like what happens when driving through a forest) or any other times that there are sudden alternations of light and dark. This is one of the reasons why some video games contain warnings about their use by people who are sensitive to flashing lights.
