Performance Psychology is the study of motivation and psychomotor performance in sports, fitness, the fine arts, and other work environments such as surgery or the armed forces. Research and consulting in this field focuses on individual performance and the mind/body connection as well as coaching, training, and teamwork to help athletes, artists, musicians, and other professionals reach their full performance potential.
