Pastoral Counseling

Pastoral Counseling is psychotherapy or counseling provided by a trained minister, priest, rabbi, imam, or other clergy member. These services may also be provided by mental health professionals with a background in religion or theology. Pastoral counselors aim to help their clients understand and approach their difficulties both psychologically and in terms of their faith or spirituality.
