Objective Introspectioin

Introspection is the personal reflection on thoughts, emotions, and memories and what they actually mean. Objective perception/introspection involves seeking specific answers to questions raised while subjective introspection is more involved with evaluating the emotional reactions to events experienced. Introspection is the main component of meditation and is sometimes uses as a part of therapy. Therapeutically, it is used as part of relaxation and mindfulness training which can help a client to learn how to relax and live in the moment.
