Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy unifies the client’s emotional, intellectual, behavioral, and physiological aspects. Also, it pertains to the steps taken to integrate various parts of the self: conscious, defense mechanisms, unresolved issues, etc. Integrative psychotherapy aims to facilitate unity or wholeness by taking into consideration the individual’s limits and potentials. This approach uses a variety of tools, research, and theories to accommodate each client’s traits.
