Incomplete Pictures Test

In the incomplete pictures test, the participant is exposed to fragmented versions of an image and asked to identify the object. In each successive set, the fragments become more complete to look more like the object. Sometime later, the subject is exposed to the same sets of fragmented images where they often identify the object in earlier fragments. The purpose of this test is to assess implicit and explicit memory.
