Inclusiveness

Inclusiveness is being able to cover a wide range of areas. It often pertains to the policy or attitude of including individuals who belong to minority groups.

For instance, those who are with disabilities, and immigrants are appropriately included in the society. Their special needs are addressed and they are integrated in the various social processes. Inclusive education refers to receiving students with disabilities in the mainstream classroom. Also, the learners’ diversity in all dimensions are accepted, understood, and attended to. Regarding leadership, inclusiveness may be practiced through open communication, personal growth, open mindedness, acceptance, and welcoming contributions.
