Hebephrenia

Hebephrenia, also known as hebephrenic schizophrenia or disorganized schizophrenia, is considered to be a secondary type of schizophrenia and possibly the most extreme form of disorganization syndrome. This condition is not recognized by the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association (DSM-5) but is recognized by the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10). This ailment, which usually sets in during the late teen or early adulthood is defined by disorganized speech, disorganized behavior, and inappropriate affect.
