GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) Antagonist

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) receptor antagonists are medications which inhibit the action of GABA as they have convulsant and stimulant effects. They are generally utilized to counter sedative overdose. Some examples of these antagonists are Metrazol, flumazenil, and bicuculline.
