Disorganization

Disorganization is the state or condition of lacking order or organization in one's life, work, or environment. Characteristics of disorganization include messy surroundings in the home or workplace, a lack of planning in how one's life is lived, or disorder in how the home/work environment is organized. This trait can lead to wasted time and effort along with a general inefficiency in life and work. Some individuals are naturally disorganized and there is nothing abnormal or wrong about that. But if disorganization is extreme or is very disruptive to someone's life (or those around them) it could be a result of an underlying psychological issue.
