Community Living Facility

A Community Living Facility is a residential group home for developmentally disabled adults. These facilities are not meant to be permanent homes; rather, they provide care, guidance, and training to help residents transition to living on their own. Residents participate in daily activities and workshops to prepare them for employment and independent living. For example, they may learn about personal hygiene, how to interview for a job, and how to cook a meal.
