Bupropion

Bupropion is an antidepressant medication (under the brand name Wellbutrin) and smoking cessation aid (under the brand name Zyban). It is an aminoketone drug which facilitates norepinephrine and dopamine levels unlike other popular SSRIs or selective-serotonin reuptake inhibitors like Prozac or Zoloft. It is also sometimes prescribed for other conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Bipolar Disorder. Some of the side effects include suicidal thinking, increased risk for seizures, constipation, confusion, headache, and insomnia.
