Binge-drinking is usually technically defined as consuming at least five drinks (for men) or at least four drinks (for women) in a single session (around a 2-hour-span). The individual drinks large quantities of alcohol at one time that his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is at least 0.08 grams percent. Most people who binge-drink forget what happened when they were drinking, feel guilty about their alcohol consumption, and sacrifice certain obligations because of drinking.
