Autocratic Leadership / Authoritarian Leadership

Autocratic leadership (also known as authoritarian leadership) is a leadership style characterized by individual control of an entire group. An autocratic leader is in charge of all decision making processes with little or no group input from other members of the group. The autocratic leader has absolute control over a group and accepts no advice or counsel from their confidants. Examples of autocratic leadership can be seen in some regimes with a dictator.
