Addictive Behavior

Addictive behavior is considered a stimulus to a behavior, or a behavior itself, both rewards and reinforces an individual. These addictive behaviors can be behavior-related (such as obsessive sex or exercise), or substance-related such as alcohol, tobacco, drugs, etc, Addictions are actions that seem rewarding in that they provide pleasure or satisfaction of some sort but are ultimately destructive to the individual involved.
