Acetysalicylic Acid

Acetylsalicylic acid is the scientific name for aspirin. It is part of the acetyl family of pharmaceuticals and is used to reduce inflammation, reduce fever, and relieve joint and muscle pain. Experimental research has shown that a small daily dose of aspirin has positive results in reducing the chance of heart attack.
