Abulia

Abulia is the loss of the ability to make decisions and the desire to do something. It is characterized by a loss of volition and being unable to act independently. Sufferers will have a lack of motivation and seem to be unable to perform tasks or initiate normal behaviors. Abulia can be a symptom of mental disorder and can also be caused by lesions to the frontal lobe, brain injury, stroke (specifically right hemisphere damage), depression, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, or Huntington's disease.
