Vision-Logic

Vision-Logic is a concept put forward by Ken Wilber as a part of his Integral Theory. This philosophically difficult concept combines mindfulness (the non-judgmental review of personal actions) and introspection (review of personal values and beliefs) as a means of attempting to comprehend the fullness of the mind and the universe.
